Every day at Legal Aid Society, an ordinary American is pursuing their rights and seeking justice because of the generosity of donors like you.
Over 170,000 Kentuckians in Legal Aid’s fifteen county service area are income eligible for Legal Aid’s assistance, with 70% having at least one unmet civil legal issue in a given year, and many face more than one. Their issues aren’t trivial. They are about their families and homes and incomes. These statistics are staggering, especially considering that the need is far greater than the resources.
